Space recently completed works in the newly refurbished Linen Loft building on Adelaide Street.
Linen Loft is a six-story red brick warehouse which was formerly known as the Ireland Brothers Building. Built in the early 20th century, it comprises more than 28,000 sq ft of space across six floors. Spence and Partners and Dalraida Trustees now occupy both fourth and fifth floors in the outstanding new office development in the heart of Belfast.
Space supplied and installed all glass partitioning, furniture and flooring.
